Participating in the Esh “Building My Skills” programme, allows us to visit schools to talk to the students about the print industry, whilst introducing them to the 10 key employability skills we look for and also helping them to start to think about the checkpoints they cover in class, such as the route they will take into work, personal finance, online appearance, job applications and preparing for an interview. Taking the idea of large format Point of Sale print out of the factory and into the school can be challenging, so we create miniature versions of some of our complex 3D creations to allow the students to create their own models during class or in their own time.
